Shipping policy

At Bee Hair Co, we want your order to arrive as smoothly as your hair care ritual should feel. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer โ€” we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Shipping Carrier & Rates:

  • All orders ship via UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Time:

  • Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location, in addition to processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking:

  • Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package's journey.
  • If you have questions about your tracking status, contact us at hi@beehairco.com.

Shipping Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us at hi@beehairco.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Bee Hair Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked as delivered by UPS, but we're happy to help you file a claim.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@beehairco.com with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
